This is a Direct Care Practice and calls are handled directly by the doctor. Please leave a message and the doctor will contact you as soon as possible. There may be delays on return messages on Tuesdays due to closure on Tuesdays.
CREDIT CARD AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Credit card information will be collected but the card will not be charged until after the appointment.
Please note, a $50 no-show fee will be charged if the patient does not show up to a scheduled appointment and does not call to cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
