This is a Direct Care Practice and calls are handled directly by the doctor. Please leave a message and the doctor will contact you as soon as possible. There may be delays on return messages on Mondays and Tuesdays due to closure. Closed Saturday/Sunday.
CREDIT CARD AND NO-SHOW POLICY
Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Due to the length of these appointments, we require at least 48 business hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 business hours' notice may be subject to a late cancellation fee as indicated below.
Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice may be charged the full appointment fee.
A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you authorize Stepping Stone Functional Podiatry of Cleveland to charge the card on file for applicable late cancellation or no-show fees.
We understand emergencies occur and reserve the right to waive fees at our discretion.
Medical Appointments:
Less than 48 business hours notice: $100 fee
No-show: Full appointment fee
Medical Pedicures:
Less than 48 business hours notice: $75 fee
No Show: Full appointment fee
