After preparing the toenails by trimming and thinning, Keryflex is applied in layers and cured with a UV light to create a natural and flexible look and feel. Keryflex requires only 15% of your toenail to be present to apply. The goal is to create an enhanced look to more closely match your other toenails. The first appointment include purchase of the Keryflex Kit which includes the product and is good for one year once opened. Your kit is maintained in the office for you and is solely used for your toenail restoration and not shared with other patients. One kit usually lasts 6-9 months depending on the number of toenails restored. The restoration is usually refilled around 6-9 weeks. Basic pricing for up to 4 toenails is included. Additional toenails require additional time and carry an additional cost.
